the annual dinner dance is just around the corner.
Taking place on Friday May 17th, this year's dinner dance is at Roundwood in Taverham. Arrive from 6:30 for a 7pm start.
There will be a sit down hog roast, followed by dessert & cheese platters served to your tables (veggie & vegan option available). Following the announcement of the annual team and club awards, you can dance the evening away or try to be crowned the casino winner with two different games tables to enjoy.??
It would be great to see as many of you there as possible to support the club and celebrate the season with your team and the wider club.
Ticket sales will stop on Friday 3rd May.
Some FAQs we've had this year..
1. Are there tables like other years?
The dinner will still be a seated affair like previous years, when reserving your tables you can pop in the notes online who you'd like to sit with or teams will be grouped together.
2. Can partners & family attend?
The dinner dance is open to friends, family, partners, the more the merrier.
3. Will there still be awards?
The format will be similar to previous years with team awards amongst the food service before the evenings entertainment begins.
4. Is there veggie/vegan options?
Yes there is a jackfruit vegan option to the hog roast as well as a variety of salads/sides too.
5. What does the casino involve?
There are two casino tables offering blackjack and roulette. Everyone will receive fake money on arrival and whoever increases their pot to the highest will win a prize.

AGM - 2nd June 2024
22 Apr 2024 This year's AGM will be held at TRF on Sunday 2nd June 2024 at 1pm.
A social event, probably some matches, are hopefully being arranged with a view to being played before the AGM. There is also the possibility of food being available after the AGM so people can hang around and have a drink with something to eat whilst catching up with fellow club members.
The club needs both players and parents to try and help in some way i.e. it could be just for a few hours a month or you might fancy taking on a club role either fully or partially for next season. All club positions are available.
Any time you can give to the club would be great!
Annual Golf Day - Friday 2nd August 2024 at Wensum Valley Golf Club
14 Mar 2024 After such a great event last year we have booked our Annual Golf Day for 2024 back at Wensum Valley again, a great all-inclusive package for a great day of golf!!!

Membership packages - do/don't include
26 Feb 2024 Just a quick post to clarify what membership packages (diamond & platinum) do and don't include!
Membership packages are only effective from when they were set up.. Any fees prior to set up will still appear as an outstanding debt.
Also please note that packages are not applicable for friendlies and Sunday cup fixtures/matches so again will show as a debt. This is on the basis that we have not priced them in this way - as its a very ad-hoc item that many players don't opt to join in!
