NCHC Playing Shirts for 2025/2026 16 Jul 2025 Please note that we have opened the shirt ordering window on the website. As per recent communications and notices that you have hopefully seen, the first phase of this project is focused on the adult teams and they will be free to those who played last year and own a previous version of our playing shirt (hopefully sorting the shirt mix and match issues of previous seasons), plus ensure you have not carried forward any debt. We will also be working on more stock via our shop for new members and those stepping up into the adult teams, plus also our junior teams and minis section will be sorted also. If you login to the website it will show you an option to select your size and confirm your number (we have some spare numbers so if you want to change your number then please contact clothing@norwichcityhc.co.uk). This Saturday 19th July we will have mens and ladies shirts at the club at TRF from 11:00-13:00 for trying out shirt sizes. If you login and have issues then please contact admin@norwichcityhc.co.uk for further assistance.
NCHC Clothing Changes for 2025/2026 5 Jul 2025 We are excited to update you on some changes to our Club kit supplier for this upcoming season! After a thorough review of our Club clothing, we are now entering an exciting new phase with a brand new supplier - TK!! TK have put together a very generous package to help us transition to a more coherent, unified look on and off the pitch. As part of this the Club is offering adult members a free match shirt!! If you are a current member and have an old-style shirt, whether it's Aquila, Samurai or XXV then you will get a new shirt for free allowing us to all look the same again as a team and Club. Full details of eligibility and how to order your shirt coming soon. TK will be working with sponsors to kit out our Men's and Womens 1st teams. This transition will benefit the whole club, including the junior and minis sections, however our focus for phase 1 will be the adult match shirts in time for the start of the new season, then phase 2 will be to get a more comprehensive selection of items available to purchase for the entire club. We will be looking for potential sponsorship for the mini's cup/tournament team kits so please get in touch. Any surplus stock from our previous supplier will be available to purchase at a reduced cost, more details coming soon. TK are also offering Club wide discounts and sponsorship opportunities for members across their wide range of sticks, bags and equipment, more details to also follow shortly. We have a lot more work to do to get all this up and running so please be patient, but we can assure you that all systems are go! Any questions please get in touch via clothing@norwichcityhc.co.uk, however we will share any progress and let you know when we begin to gather sizes for replacement playing shirts.

Padel Tennis @ TRF 12 Jun 2025 As some of you may know, the TRF board has been working with The Norfolk Padel Club with the aim of providing high-quality Padel Tennis courts at the TRF site., located on part of the grass area beside the clubhouse. We are pleased to announce that the planning permission for this venture has now been approved. Construction will take place over the coming months, helping TRF develop into a modern sports hub that continues to encourage participation across all ages and skill levels. Padel Tennis is the fastest growing sport in the UK at present and The Norfolk Padel Club will provide state of the art facilities in conjunction with the existing facilities already at TRF and these new ones will be open to all. The Norfolk Padel Club will be offering coaching sessions, youth development programmes and fitness workshops with preferential rates for members of both Norwich City and Broadland Hockey Clubs, and we know that it will be a great addition to the facilities available at TRF. As a club we and the directors at TRF want to ensure that TRF continues to be one of the best places to play and enjoy our hockey in the region and growing in this way will help us to do that. Both hockey clubs will now work with TRF and The Norfolk Padel Club to move the project forward, ensuring that the facilities we have already for hockey remains but with the additional access for members and the wider community to now also enjoy Padel Tennis. If you have any questions then please get in touch with any member of the executive committee or via the usual enquiries@norwichcityhc.co.uk email address. We will continue to keep you posted as the next stage of this exciting project commences.
