An update on The Satisfaction Survey...
The results of the Satisfaction Survey (SS) 22-23 have been analysed and are ready to be released. As an Executive Committee, we have a meeting on the 9th of October 2023 to discuss the club's 5 Year Plan. During this meeting, the results from the SS will help us to identify the areas that Norwich City Hockey Club should invest it's time and energy into over the next few years. I am waiting until then to release the results as I can then let you, as members, know how we plan to improve in each area. If you have any questions or concerns before then, please contact me directly.
Thank you, Eleanor.
