Youth Development Committee

Norwich City Hockey Club takes the development of its young players, leaders and umpires very seriously. The Club's Executive Committee has established the Youth Development Committee to oversee this development. The Youth Development Committee meets each month, with the aim of ensuring that the Club:

• has the right processes, people and structures to develop our young players in a safe and effective manner; and
• can manage the transition of young players from mini hockey through the development squads and into the adult teams effectively.

The Committee is made up of the following members:

• Ali Wardale, Director of Youth Hockey and Chair of the Committee
• Jason Hyatt, Boys' Development Officer
• Emma Hewitt, Girls' Development Officer
• El Jarvis, Club Welfare Officer
• Emma Hewitt, Mini Hockey Co-ordinator
• Thomas Cooke, Men's Club Captain
• Harriet Preston & Annette Peters, Ladies' Club Captain
• Rosie Humphrey, Secretary to the Committee
