U12 Girls at The Alex Hill Memorial Tournament at Dereham HC

The Under 12 girls entered two teams into the tournament, one in the gold league and one in the silver league. The gold team had some very tight matches and ended up being 3rd in the league which is great! The silver team also came away with 3rd place after some great matches. Well done both teams! Thank you to the coaches, team managers, parents and umpires who helped make this happen!

The Under 12 girls A team entered the Gold competition at Dragon’s tournament on Sunday and played Magpies, Pelicans, Dragon’s and Dereham and came out winners! Some brilliant hockey to watch, lots of smiling faces! Thank you to parents who came to support and to our wonderful coaching team as always!

Under 12 Girls B team at Dragon’s Tournament

Our Under 12 girls B team entered the silver competition at Dragon’s tournament on Sunday. They played teams from Magpies, Dragon’s and Dereham. They won 4 games and drew 1 and they finished 1st in the silver division! Zoe was awarded player of the day by coach Jim Pallister. Fantastic! Thank you to the coaches, team managers and parents for organising and supporting!

U12 Girls County Championships

The Under 12 Girls A team attended the Norfolk County Championships held at Magpies Hockey Club. The team drew 0-0 with Dereham, beat Pelicans 2-0, beat Magpies 3-2 and beat Norwich Dragon’s 1-0 to finish in second place only on goal difference!
They now represent Norfolk at the East Regional Championships on 22nd/23rd April at Magpies.
Fantastic work from all the team and their coaches and managers.

Our Under 12 girls teams invited Dragons U12 girls over for some friendly fixtures. Dragons brought 3 teams and we had 2 and we had 10 games in total! Great fun!

Our U12 girls and boys teams attended Pelicans tournament.
Our U12 boys A team came second in the Boys Gold Cup, and the U12 Girls A team also came second in the girls Gold Cup! Fantastic work teams! Thank you to the coaches and volunteers who made this happen!
