Please fill out our registration form to confirm you wish to take part in this tournament. Then please send over £100 to NCHC using the payment details provided during the registration to cover your team entry fee.

All profits will be going towards the two charities: Hockey for Heroes and Macmillan Cancer Support.

• Each team is required to supply their own First Aid Kit and have a chosen First Aider in the team
• Each team MAY need to umpire at least one game
• Please bring a spare kit/coloured shirt in case of clashing colours, 2nd named time will be required to change in case of a clash
• Please arrive at 10am to sign in, there will be a welcome talk and games will begin at 10:30
• Games will run until 4pm, winners will be announced shortly after
• The bar will be open, there will be some snacks available
• 7 a side games - maximum squad size of 10 players
• Half pitch games
• Games will be 20 minutes one way
